Welcome to the Atlanta 258 located in beautiful Montmorency County! You can find this lodge set far back off the road up on a hill that gives you an unbelievable view of the valley below and hills beyond. At approximately 4000 this 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home features knotty pine interior, large windows providing tons of natural light, wraparound balcony, large master bedroom and en suite, custom bar and walkout from the lower level, sauna and huge attached heated garage all on just over 258 acres! If 3 bedrooms is not enough there is another outbuilding that is half garage and half living quarters that has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and full kitchen area! Additional outbuildings include a third house that is 1 bed/1 bath, garage with outdoor wood boiler that provides heat to the main home and another garage. At one time this was a high fence big game preserve with some of the fencing still intact. An extensive trail system is in place and with lead you around the entire property. The fully wooded hills and valleys consist of a mix of mature trees and thick understory that provide the local deer, elk, bears and small game with the cover and food they need. With many mature trees there is a great opportunity for a select timber harvest that could provide the new owner with a helpful supplemental income. There are so many possibilities for this one.
