5372 W Guernsey Lake Road, Delton, Michigan, 49046

This one is a unique opportunity to own a house with 48 ft of lake frontage and get a house with tons of parking and yard storage area for boats and RV's. The lake is Cloverdale Lake that is an all sports and dumps into Wilkerson Lake that is even bigger and all sports and dumps into Jones Lake and also Mudd Lake. So 4 lakes in one. Guernsey Lake, Wall Lake and Long Lake are literally less than 2 minutes away and almost 20 lakes are within 5 miles of home. The home needs work; it has been taken down to the studs and drywalled on main level and the upper level has been reframed, but needs finishing. The bathroom and kitchen are fully functioning. An electric furnace is in place and installed. Air conditioner is in a box on the property. The main level needs finishing. There are three lots included. The house on the hill, then a lot on the hill with a storage building and then the lake lot just across the street with the dock and 48 feet of frontage. All maps are included in attachments. Tons and tons of potential and could be turned into something special. Probably going to have to be a cash or conventional offer for a bank to approve it.
