A rare opportunity to own a living work of art. Designed in 1948 by Frank Lloyd Wright, the Weisblat House is one of only four Wright-designed Usonian homes in The Acres, a 70-acre wooded enclave on the National Register of Historic Places. Just hours from Chicago and Detroit and near Grand Rapids airport, this mid-century retreat blends architectural pedigree, modern comfort, and natural beauty. Built of concrete block and Honduran mahogany, the home features ribbon windows, cantilevered rooflines, and walls of glass that blur the line between indoors and out. The open living and dining area is anchored by a working fireplace. The home offers three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, flexible living spaces, serene woodland views, a rear family room overlooking a frog pond, a screened porch, greenhouse, and a year-round enclosed lap pool. Set on an acre, the property offers rare privacy and enduring beauty.
