3601 Sass Road, Manistee, Michigan, 49660

Bring your offer — this Manistee County farmhouse on 25 wooded acres is sold as-is through an estate, offering a rare opportunity to restore a piece of rural character to its full potential. Set with miles of Manistee National Forest just down the road, and positioned between Manistee and Ludington, tucked well off the beaten path on a quiet unpaved road, the property offers privacy and space to breathe — the kind of setting that's increasingly hard to find. High-speed internet is now available, making remote work or seasonal use realistic even in this secluded setting. A brand-new metal roof is already in place, and the 3-bedroom, 1-bath home is complemented by an attached 2-car garage, a full basement, and a detached pole barn offering additional storage and workshop space. This property is a canvas for the right buyer — someone ready to bring this farmhouse back to what it once was. All offers will be considered, whether cash or renovation financing.
