731 & 733 W Michigan Avenue, Saline, Michigan, 48176

Zoned C-3 with a 9ft tall overhead/garage door, here is a chance to own space in west Saline. The possibilities are virtually endless. Zoning can include retail sales of musical instruments, hardware, paint and home decorating supplies, floor covering, sporting goods, furniture, home accessories, and appliances along with shops of interior decorators, plumbers, electricians, exterminators, veterinary offices and hospitals. (See City of Saline zoning for further uses.) It currently houses one of the last Radio Shack's in Michigan. (Business and FF&E available separately.) We have witnessed customers walk in just to see what a Radio Shack looks like because there are so few left to see. You need to find someone with electronic/scientific curiosity and this place could be a gold mine. Sheldon Cooper of the Big Bang Theory would be stoked to be part of this store. Included behind the Radio Shack is a commercial grade kitchen previously used for catering. It could be an excellent restaurant serving our new data center. Behind the kitchen area is a storage area with an overhead door, 9ft tall by 12ft wide. Just to the East of the Radio Shack storefront is another retail space, last used for a wireless phone dealer (Alpha Wireless).
