Discover Tippy Dam Lodge, a one-of-a-kind retreat deep in Michigan's Manistee National Forest. The history of this property dates back to when the dam was converted for hydroelectricity. A lighted pathway would escort the workers directly from the dam to the following amenities: The Sleeping Quarters, a Recreational/Conference Center, and a Kitchen/Dining Room Building with commercial appliances. The northern part of the property overlooks the Big Manistee River with public access to the lower part of the dam to the east and Manistee National Forest on the western border. Enjoy unforgettable outings: world-class salmon and steelhead fishing in the famed tailwaters, scenic hikes, paddling, ORV, snowmobiling—right from your doorstep. The property also features two traditional-style homes for additional options for guests or to use as a residence. Close to Caberfae ski resort, Little River Casino, Lake Michigan, golf and ORV trails, this lodge is perfect for multi-generational family gatherings or group adventures.
